Customer satisfaction is our first priority. Every item we sell is handmade and hand-painted, so there will be slight differences in dimensions, details or colours. These do not count as damage or a defect.

If you receive an item damaged in transit, or the wrong item, contact us and we will put it right straight away. Damaged items must be reported by phone within 3 days of delivery.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us by phone or email within 15 days and we will authorize a return. Once we receive the item back undamaged, we refund your purchase minus a 10% restocking fee to cover shipping and handling. Returns sent without authorization are charged a 20% restocking fee.
