Treasures of Morocco is proud to introduce our Village collection of hand painted ceramic plates, handmade in Morocco. Each plate carries its own painted scene of Moroccan life, so it feels more like a small piece of art than a simple dish.
This plate shows the portrait of a Berber woman with a colorful headscarf, a traditional tattoo on her forehead and a necklace of large amber colored beads, set in soft orange, pink, blue and green tones.
