Customer satisfaction is our first priority. Every item in is hand made and painted, so there will be a slight differences in dimensions, details, or colors that will not count as damage or a defect. If you receive a damaged item due to transit, or the incorrect item, contact us so we can take immediate action to correct it. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, contact us by phone, fax, or email, and we will authorize a return. Without an authorization, we will charge a 20% restocking fee. After we receive the correct returned item without any damage, we will refund your account by subtracting a 10% restocking fee to cover shipping and handling. If you receive a damaged item, you must call us within 3 days of receipt, or we will not accept the return.

Treasures Of Morocco customers will receive free shipment within the continental United States unless stated otherwise. If you require expedited or other ground services, please contact us by phone or email, and we will adjust the cost and charge you the difference. You will be charged extra for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, other territories and for international. Please submit your order, and we will notify you by email, phone or fax of the additional charge. We will send your item only if you accept the extra charges. Some items have an extra shipping fee due to size or handling concerns. We will notify you via phone or email of any additional charges that may apply. We UPS, FedEx or USPS for most orders, but for oversized items, we will let the customer decide which company he or she would like to use.
